How is an organic mattress different than a traditional mattress?
Well, it is quite simple: organic fruits are healthier because they do not have pesticide and fertilizer residues. Similarly, organic milk is healthier because it comes from cows that are not given any antibiotics or artificial hormones and they eat simple grass instead of artificial fodder.
Likewise, organic mattresses do not contain the chemicals that traditional mattresses have. Organic mattresses are made with organic and non-toxic materials instead of conventional and chemically questionable materials. Consumers are choosing organic mattresses to avoid unnecessary exposure to these chemicals. If you are shopping for a new mattress, it’s worth knowing what you’ll be spending a third of your life on.
